Marinate chicken pieces in curd, turmeric powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and chili powder. Keep it aside overnight. Stir fry chopped onions, cardamon, bay leaf till golden brown in a large vessel. Add a paste of boiled onions and tomatoes Fry till well cooked. Add chili powder, Amrut chicken biryani masala, marinated chicken, and water. Cook for 15mins and then add the pre-soaked rice. Cook for 20-30 mins. Serve hot.
