Biryani Pulav Masala is a blend of spices that enrich the flavor of your regular rice dish. It can be used to turn your pulav dish into a tasteful treat.
Soak rice for 30 mins and boil separately. In a large pan, stir fry onions in ghee, add cardamom, pepper, clove, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick. Add ginger-garlic paste, Amrut biryani pulav masala, chili powder, curd, and garam masala. Cook them well. Add mixed chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, potatoes, and capsicum. Cook well and add the boiled rice. Add rose water and saffron for added taste.
