Chaat Masala is an interesting mix of coriander, cumin, mango powder, black rock salt, pepper, citric acid, and mint leaves. It is used to add a punch to bland fruits and salads.
Boil, chop, and fry cubes of potatoes till slightly golden. Remove in a bowl. Allow it to cool off. Add mint chutney, lemon juice, chopped ginger, green chili & salt. Mix well. Sprinkle Amrut chaat masala and yellow sev.
