Marinate the chicken with ingredients like curds, ginger garlic paste, mint, and curry leaves and keep it aside for 30 minutes then deep fry. Heat butter in a pan, add green chili and curry leaves, then chopped onions and cook for a minute on high flame. Add Amrut chicken 65 masala. Saute till brown. Add soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well. Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well. Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame. Serve hot!
