Boil 6 eggs and cut them in halves. Stir fry onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and Amrut egg masala. Cook well till brown. Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. After it settles completely, add the eggs.
