Roast onion and coconut in a big vessel, add Amrut mix masala. Roast till golden and blend it once cooled. Heat a pan and add mustard seeds and let them pop. Add in onions and curry leaves, add some turmeric powder as well. Saute this till onions turn light golden. Now add in tomatoes. Add ground masala, water, and tamarind water. Bring it to a boil, cover and simmer till oil floats on top. Now add in fish and cook till the fish is done. Serve with hot rice.
