A blend of more than 15 spices and condiments, the Amrut kitchen king masala is used to elevate the deliciousness of your paneer gravies. It is also used for other delicate vegetable gravies.
Make a paste of onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cashews, coriander leaves, and cinnamon. Stir fry cumin seeds and then the paste. Add Amrut kitchen king masala, chili powder, and turmeric powder. Let it cook till brown. Add green peas and let them cook well. Finally, add paneer cubes and cook for 1 min. Serve hot.
