Mari Powder or Black pepper powder is used extensively in Indian cuisine. It is used to enhance the flavor of curries, gravies, marination spice mix, and often sprinkled on fruits and salads.

Uses

You can also add a dash of black pepper to scrambled eggs, banana toast, dressings, and dipping sauces. It is also often sprinkled on soups and fries to make them more appetizing. You can also create a healthy pepper tea.
